Delivery & Shipping

Reliable Delivery: We deliver to trade customers nationwide across Ireland. Delivery times for your area are confirmed on your trade account.

Carriage Charges: Carriage terms are set per trade account. Orders may incur shipping charges depending on order value and destination.

Heavy Items: Certain heavy or bulky items may be subject to a carriage charge* due to their weight and special handling requirements.

*Please check this with your Account Manager, before goods are dispatched. They can provide specific information about your order and any applicable charges.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products must be in original condition and packaging
Return authorization must be obtained before returning items
Custom or special-order items may not be returnable
Return shipping costs may apply

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. We provide:
